About Me:

I live in Wynne, AR which is a very rural town.  I am not much of a
sales person but I didn't have to try very hard to sell the things I've
made.  Where we live there is only a wal-mart supercenter so nice
jewelry is not very accessible.  I started going to Dr. Offices and
banks and along the way I always asked if they knew anyone that may
be interested in looking at my stuff and they usually did and there I
went.  I now have lot's of regular customers that I sell to every month.
My husband and I have two kids which are all very helpful in the
process of shipping and construction.  My daughter (11) helps with
packaging, putting on labels, organizing beads, and the sort.  My
son (15) helps with stringing the beads on the wire,  data entry and
inventory up keep.  My husband stamps the tags and punches holes
in the tabs and holders.

Inspiration:

I have always been into crafts and when my mother went to a jewelry
party given by one of her friends she called me and said "Michelle
you could do that" Well I decided to try.  I ordered $100 worth of
beads and supplies to start out with.  That way I wouldn't be out too
much money and made around 12 bracelets.  I sold them to my
friends and they loved them.  They wanted me to make them
something in this and that colors and then their friends and their
friends wanted more and more.  Well within 9 months from that first
order I quite my job of 13 years and started my business.  I love
being home with my kids in the summer and being able to work when
I want.  I love everything I make because I love and admire all the
beads that I use.  I can see them in a jewelry piece when I pick them
out.  It's like how and interior designer can see a floral arrangement
or a picture in a room when they run across it at a flea market.
